Aborted Sex Pistols Film: Read The Script

The script for the proposed Sex Pistols film Who Killed Bambi has now been put online.
Roger Ebert, now a film critic in America, was commissioned in 1977 by Malcolm McLaren to write the script for the movie, due to be directed by Russ Meyer. However, the project was stopped just two days before the cameras were due to start turning because of financial problems.
Subsequently, the Pistols split up, before McLaren could raise additional funds. Now Ebert has decided to give the world an insight into what never made it on to the screen… including lines such as:
Johnny Rotten: “We want to destroy the passer-by.” (Er, right.)
