Grohl and McCartney: not exactly ebony and ivory, according to Courtney Love
The surviving members of Nirvana performed a new song with Paul McCartney at last night’s’s 12-12-12 charity concert in New York in aid of Superstorm Sandy victims.
The former Beatle joined Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear on stage in Madison Square Garden.
With McCartney in place of Kurt Cobain, the four played a new song called Cut Me Some Slack that apparently will be included in Grohl’s upcoming Sound City documentary.
However, Cobain’s widow Courtney Love didn’t exactly approve of McCartney’s involvement in the reunion.
