They can be smooth but they can also be crunchy: Peanut Butter Lovesicle
Peanut Butter Lovesicle are a psychedelic blues-rock band based in Brooklyn, New York, consisting of brothers Jake D’Arc (guitar), Mike D’Arc (bass/vox), and cousin Timmy Miller (drums/vox).
The band have developed a following in London after spending the last year touring the English capital and surrounding area on and off. Two of their singles – State Of I and Black Eyed Blues – were featured on seasons of Gossip Girl. A music video for Black Eyed Blues was also released featuring Ed Westwick (who plays Chuck Bass in Gossip Girl) and Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Julie Henderson – check it out below.
Peanut Butter Lovesicle have just released their second EP Dirty Pride, produced by Henry Hirsch (Lenny Kravitz, Mick Jagger) at his 1869 church-turned-studio in Hudson Valley, New York.
