T&N launch Slave To The Empire video

Dokken offshoot band T&N have launched a video for their track Slave To The Empire. View it below.

Bassist Jeff Pilson takes lead vocals for the track which includes guitarist George Lynch and guest drummer Brian Tichy – who last week announced his departure from Whitesnake in order to concentrate on SUN with Sass Jordan.

T&N, along with regular drummer Mick Brown, are already at work on a second album. Like their debut, it’s set to include eight new tracks and four Dokken reworks.

Michael Sweet will join the band for their 2013 tour dates allowing them to add guitars and vocals to maximise the effect of their set.

Pilson recently said he didn’t think the band posed a threat to Dokken’s legacy, explaining: “Don is, and will always be, an invaluable part of the Dokken chemistry. No one ever wants to take that away or dispute it one iota. But the three of us do have time tested amazing chemistry, and because we were writers on these songs, I feel we have a lot to express. If anything I think this will be a show of respect for Don, not some kind of competition.”
