Rage Against The Machine have released their performance of Know Your Enemy from their 2010 X-Factor victory concert. View it below.
The band played a free show in London’s Finsbury Park to celebrate the social media campaign that saw classic track Killing In The Name Of make Christmas number one in 2009 ahead of X-Factor winner Joe McElderry.
RATM will release a 20th anniversary edition of their self-titled debut on November 26. The deluxe box set edition includes the remastered album CD, their original demo tape on CD, the full Finsbury Park show DVD and a DVD of historic live appearances including their first public show.
Meanwhile, guitarist Tom Morello has revealed details of why the band haven’t got down to making a new album since their 2007 reunion.
He tells NME: “When bands make albums it’s because everybody wants to. That’s not the case with Rage Against The Machine at the moment.
“Everyone in the band gets along very well – we consider each other friends and comrades in arms – but people sometimes don’t feel ready to do it.
“If Rage were to get it together I would be open to that, but that’s not on the table right now.”
