Mark Lanegan and Slash say So Long Sin City

Collab: Mark Lanegan and Slash release track
Mark Lanegan and Slash have streamed a collaborative track called So Long Sin City. Hear it below.
Not much is known about the song, which was recorded for 2011 film This Is Not A Movie – but it’s worth a listen anyway.
Former Screaming Trees mainman Lanegan says he’s always being asked to consider working with other artists but tells Jpost.com: “To get me involved, it has to be something that I’m a fan of without my involvement.” And while he’s worked with several members of the Screaming Trees since their 2000 split, he sees no chance of a reunion. “There have been offers,” he reports. “I’m not against the idea of reunions in general, but getting together as Screaming Trees is something I’m not interested in – and I don’t think the others are either.”
Slash started working on his third solo album soon after his second, Apocalyptic Love, was released. He said recently: “I definitely feel like I’m cresting a wave in my career where I’m having a really great time, I love what I’m doing, I love the people I’m working with and I’m feeling very energised. I haven’t had that feeling since when Guns started.”
