Dokken have unveiled their video for Empire, the lead track from their upcoming 11th studio album Broken Bones. View it below as premiered on Noisecreep.
Don Dokken recently told Noisecreep he’d taken the DIY route on recording for the first time, saying: “I live up in the mountains and I have no neighbours – it’s great because I don’t bother anyone that way. I have a guest house that we turned into our recording studio. Broken Bones is the first album recorded there.
“I’ve heard a lot of albums in the past few years where I can immediately tell they were made on Pro Tools. This new record doesn’t feel like that. I kept some analogue stuff for my studio – I totally believe in the old equipment.”
Broken Bones is released on September 25.
