Rival Sons play intimate gig – but will they be in the top 20 this week?

Rivals Sons at the Planet Rock acoustic show

Rival Sons played a tiny show at the Regal Rooms in Hammersmith exclusively for Planet Rock VIPs last night (20 September) – as midweek chart positions suggested the band might make the top 20 album chart this weekend.

The band performed tracks from Head Down and their back catalogue to just a couple of dozen Planet Rock listeners who entered in for the prize draw.

Darren Redick, weekday 2-6pm presenter introduced the band and the set list was as follows:

A bit of a jamming session much like the song ‘True’

And then ending with ‘On My Way’
